Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Important Requirement (Mandatory):
To process any return, refund, or damage claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing (box opening) video.

  • The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package.
  • It should clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and product inside.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility (Strict Policy)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is mismatched (different from what was ordered)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt)
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Note: Returns for reasons such as dislike, size issues, or change of mind will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Mismatched

To request an exchange:

  • Include proof and unboxing video
  • Send your item to: {physical address}

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: inabyamora@gmail.com

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund

For high-value items:

  • Use trackable shipping or insurance
  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items
