Shipping Policy
At INA by Amora, our top priority is getting your order to you safely and on time. We usually ship in 4 to 7 business days, not including Sundays and holidays. Depending on where the customer is and the availability of the courier service, delivery times may be a little different.
We work with well-known courier companies like Delhivery, DTDC, Speed Post, and others to make sure that packages are delivered on time in different areas. These courier partners send out orders based on the best way to deliver them to your area and the availability of service.
INA by Amora does its best to deliver all orders on time, but it is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other unexpected problems with delivery. Delivery may also be late if the customer is not home when it is supposed to arrive. The courier service takes care of the order once it has been given to the courier partner.
Customers should call the courier company directly using the tracking information provided if there are delays or if a package is marked as delivered but can’t be found. If a package is sent back because the address was wrong or the customer wasn’t home, the order can be sent again after the customer pays the shipping costs again
